DWC Public Trust Co. Contracts

Employment Contracts. I am doing things a little bit differently than normal companies. All employees are hired under one of the following contracts. You are paid a signing bonus in cash when you sign your employment contract. You are also paid in either company stocks or bonds. This is the means of profit sharing. So the more good you do the company, the more money everyone makes. Imagine how big this system could get! However we are just starting out. All employees are required to join the Public Trust Partnership before working for TCo. There are varying levels of commitment to suit your individual needs. Everyone starts with a basic contract and a basic level of commitment. This is the system of promotions. The more honorable and trusted you become, the more stock you can make.

(TC Stock is where the real, long-term money is at.)

Three Contract Options.

1. Basic Contract (20) Open to all college juniors and seniors, in all majors.

This is a shot-term trial Contract. What can you do for the company with the skills learned in your academic career?

Use your skills; I will pay you to doing something good for the company.

Signing Bonus: $50 + $100 TCo. Bond

Requires Newbie Partnership status

2. Standard Contract (10) You must have a basic level of education.

Use your skills as an accountant and do my company bookkeeping.

English Majors, Psychology and Sociology Majors welcome. Ask me what we can do for you.

Signing Bonus: $200 + $1,500 TCo. Bond + 5 TC Stock

Requires Basic Commitment Partnership Status

3. Trust Contract (5) Hired for life. On the Board of Directors of DWC PTCo.

Signing Bonus: $1,000 + $5,000 TCo. Bond + 10 TC Stock

Requires Trust Membership Status.

Public Trust Partnership

You have to join the partnership before you can work for the DWC Public Trust Co.

In order to join the partnership, you must read the CCH and choose a level of commitment.

I. Newbie – This is the basic membership status. It means that you have read the CCC, and are not ready to swear to it yet. You need some more time before you can take the step to the next level.

Limited influence in the company. ½ vote power plus suggestions.

II. Basic Commitment – This is going to be the most common level of commitment. It means that you have read, signed and swore to most of what it takes to be a Trust Member. This is a stepping stone to becoming a trust member.

Moderate level of influence in the company. 1 vote power plus full decision making in your sphere.

III. Trust Member – Must pass written and physical tests. Also must complete a journey. More details on this later.

Trust Members are model citizens. They have pledge their working lives to everything stated in the CCH. All Trust Members are committed to Public Trust, Honor, Honesty and Equality for life. All Trust Members are guaranteed the Basic Standard of Living. No Trust Member is to have extra profit while there is one without BSoL. All Trust Members take care of each other.

PTP Board of Directors, Maximum influence in the company.

Board of Directors is the committee that has the power to analysis public data and makes decisions that would help the majority. Their decision must be follow.
