Contest Rules are Winnings

First Place (1) must get at least 90 points.

Wins: Any Position in the TCo. that you want. Also 10 shares of TC Stock

Second Place (10) must get at least 75 points.

Wins: 1 share of TC Stock (in addition to the one that you get free for reading the CCH, Company Code of Honor.)

Third Place (10) must get at least 65 points.

Wins: $100 TCo. Bond. (50% interest rate, doubles and matures in 2 years)

Forth Prize (30) must get at least 85 points.

Wins: A free autographed copy of the DW Anthology, in print. (release winter, 2007).

Grand Prize (1) must get 116 points.

First person to get 116 points wins an honorary Partnership membership,

as well as 10 TC Stock, and a First Class Dinner with David W Coon. You will be offered a spot of the board of directors.

In addition to a $10,000 TCo. Bond.

Grand Prize Second Place. Anyone that gets 105 points and submits their answers before February 28, 2007, wins a

$2,500 TCo. Bond + a personal meeting with DW Coon. You will have the opportunity to suggest a business plan of your own, and my company or the PTP may be interested in financing it.

TCo. Bonds are only good if company survives 2 years or more. All bond can be redeem for double their amount on February 1, 2009. (so you got nothing to lose)

No purchase necessary. There will be an audio video version soon.

All prizes must be redeemed. No sharing answers, you have to look up the answers your self. Void whereprohibited by law. Printed versions of this document have a cash value of $1 TCo. Bond, limit one per person.

Contest Starts February 1, and ends February 28, or until all prizes are claimed. Must be over the age of 16 to redeem prizes without parental consent. All money transfers are to be made publicly, and honestly.

You will be sent a reply email with your grade contest form as well as information of redeeming your prize. There are lots of prizes, you have a good chance of winning one.

You must reply within 48 hours of reciving your winning email, other wise prize may be claimed by the next runner up.
